Electrical Conduit Boring in Utah
Underground conduit installation for electricians, general contractors, and developers who need to reach beneath finished surfaces.
Make the connection without a continuous trench.
Adding power often means crossing a driveway, walkway, or landscaped area. Chamba Trenchless provides horizontal directional drilling for electrical conduit, creating an underground route while limiting surface excavation. We focus on smaller utility jobs where a conventional rig’s setup area can be a challenge.
Compact equipment for developed sites.
Our drill launches from inside a pit rather than requiring a long surface setback. That gives electricians and contractors another installation option on properties with limited space. Access, existing utilities, ground conditions, and the proposed route still determine whether boring is appropriate.
What to share for a conduit quote.
Tell us the project city, the start and end points, the approximate crossing length, and any specified conduit size or quantity. Let us know whether the route crosses concrete, asphalt, grass, or landscaping. If the plans are still developing, start with what you know and we can discuss the information needed to assess the bore.
Can you bore beneath a driveway for an EV charger?
EV charger conduit and driveway crossings are applications we handle. We review access, the required conduit, nearby utilities, and site conditions before recommending an installation route.
Talk through your installation.
Based in Layton, we serve contractors and utility projects in Ogden, Salt Lake City, Davis County, Weber County, and other Wasatch Front communities. Projects elsewhere in Utah are considered individually.
